1. HE Supply and business use

HE Supply is a business supply and sourcing service operated by Hustlers Empire Holdings L.L.C. It is designed for business and commercial purchasing. Account information submitted to HE must be accurate and kept reasonably current.

Nothing on the public website means HE is a manufacturer, customs broker, freight carrier, government certification body, testing laboratory or authorized distributor unless HE expressly states that role for the specific transaction and has a basis to do so.

2. Supply requests are not orders

Submitting a supply request asks HE to evaluate the product, quantity, timing or other business requirement you provided. A request by itself does not create an order or a purchase obligation.

HE may ask for more information, determine that a request cannot be supported, or move the request toward a quote.

3. Quotes and acceptance

An HE quote states the products or services HE is offering for a specific request and may include quantity, pricing, tax, delivery charges, availability, a valid-through date and other order-specific details.

Unless a quote expressly says otherwise, the customer accepts the quote by completing the acceptance step shown with that quote, typically authorized payment through the HE Supply checkout. A quote that has expired is no longer available for acceptance unless HE reissues or extends it.

Before acceptance, HE may correct an obvious pricing, data or availability error or replace a quote if the underlying offer can no longer be supported. After acceptance, HE will not silently change the accepted price, quantity or tax result. A material change requires a new or updated commercial record and, where required, customer agreement.

For a particular transaction, written details in the applicable HE quote or order control over general website descriptions to the extent permitted by law.

4. When an HE order exists

An HE order is created when the required acceptance/payment step has been completed and HE records the accepted transaction as an order. Payment failure, an expired quote or a failed acceptance step does not create a completed order.

HE may apply reasonable fraud, security or payment-integrity review before treating a transaction as ready for fulfillment.

5. Product information and HE Trust

Product identity and factual descriptions matter. HE may rely on manufacturer information, supplier documentation, HE observations, HE testing or third-party documentation depending on the product and supply path. HE should not present one type of evidence as another.

HE Approved, when used publicly, is an internal HE commercial or product status. It is not government, regulatory, manufacturer, laboratory or third-party certification unless HE expressly states otherwise.

Any product warranty that applies to a transaction should be identified in the quote, order, manufacturer documentation or another written record provided for that product. These Business Terms do not create a blanket HE product warranty and do not contain a blanket disclaimer of warranties.

6. Availability and business quantities

Opportunity listings and quantity ranges on the website do not automatically mean HE physically holds that quantity in inventory. Unless HE expressly identifies stock as controlled inventory, availability is confirmed through the quote or order.

The 100–500 piece lane is a business-quantity request range, not a standing inventory guarantee.

7. Taxes and exemptions

HE applies tax based on the transaction and the information available to HE. Customers claiming a resale or other exemption may be required to provide valid exemption documentation before HE treats a qualifying transaction as exempt.

A tax identification number by itself does not automatically activate tax-exempt status. The customer is responsible for providing accurate exemption information and for using an exemption only when it applies to the purchase.

If an exemption is pending, rejected, expired, replaced or does not apply to the transaction, the order may be treated as taxable unless applicable law requires another result.

8. Payment

When payment is available, HE Supply uses PayPal checkout. Card entry is handled through PayPal, and HE Supply does not receive the complete card number through this checkout.

HE determines and stores the HE quote total before the payment provider is asked to collect payment. Payment-provider approval does not change the products, tax treatment or commercial details stated in the HE quote.

9. Delivery and lead-time estimates

Lead times, shipping dates and delivery dates are estimates unless HE expressly makes a written guarantee for the specific order. Timing can depend on product availability, the supply path, receiving or qualification steps, carrier performance and the agreed delivery method.

The quote or order should identify the delivery information HE can reasonably confirm for that transaction.

10. Preorder and upcoming supply

HE Supply may show upcoming supply opportunities or collect expressions of interest before an item is ready to quote. HE is not currently accepting paid preorder funds through these opportunity listings.

If HE later enables paid preorders, the applicable cancellation, refund, timing and preorder terms must be presented before payment is accepted.

11. Cancellations, returns and claims

Order issues are handled under the HE Supply Returns, Cancellations & Claims policy together with any order-specific terms disclosed before acceptance.

Contact HE promptly if an order is damaged, incorrect, short, defective or otherwise does not match the applicable order record.

12. Applicable law and contact

These Business Terms are governed by applicable law of the State of Minnesota, without adding a specific county, venue, arbitration requirement or class-action waiver in this version.
